It is the clients responsibility to book future touch ups in advance to make sure they receive them in time.
Touch up is only available if initial microblading was performed by high•brow
A $100 NON refundable deposit is taken when booking your appointment to hold that specific time and date. Rescheduling will require an additional deposit and most likely a considerable wait.
When you arrive, the first thing we do is numb the skin so your appointment will be fairly painless. This must sit for at least 20 mins. During this time we will go over all paperwork and answer any questions you may have. I will then draw and consult with you your desired shape. Because of this, consultations are part of your appointment and are not offered separately.
A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to cancel your appointment. Your $100 deposit is non refundable, no exceptions. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a late fee of $50. If you are more than 30 mins late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you must reschedule and pay an additional deposit. No exceptions.
Our scheduling is very structured and our time as well as yours is very important!
*Please note* no children or pets are allowed at your appointment. If your appointment gets cancelled because you have come with either, you will lose your deposit and must pay an additional deposit to reschedule. This is due to the fact that your eyes will most likely be closed throughout your entire session and will make keeping an eye on them extremely difficult to do. Thank you for your understanding!
